The gameplay loop in one paragraph

You pick up blocks and carry them to the pyramid; everyone in the server works on the same structure at once. Between trips you train to raise Speed and Strength, which is the official description’s entire progression promise: train to increase your speed and strength, and complete pyramids to become even stronger. Each finished pyramid resets the build and buffs your character, so the loop spirals upward — carry, train, complete, carry faster. Why it clicked with players

Three design choices explain the 12-million-visits month. First, the goal is shared — a single server-wide pyramid turns grinding into a group project, and the completion moment (that capstone drop in the key art) is a genuine server event. Second, progression is legible: two stats, Speed and Strength, and a gym to raise them — you always know what to do next. Third, it is everywhere: free on Roblox and playable on desktop, console, mobile and tablet, so a friend on a phone and a friend on an Xbox share the same server. What the stats actually do

Speed and Strength are the whole character sheet. Speed shortens each round trip; Strength raises how much you carry per trip.
